Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Beef Dinner
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 block (8 oz / 225 g) cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
Optional
Cooked pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for serving
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker.
Place the block of cream cheese on top of the beef.
Add the ranch seasoning mix and cream of mushroom soup.
Cover and cook on:
Low for 4–5 hours, or
High for 2–3 hours
Stir well before serving until the cream cheese becomes smooth and creamy.
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Extra Tip
You can also add mushrooms, onions, or shredded cheddar for even more flavor.
