Cheesy Garlic Potato Bites Recipe π₯π§

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced into thick rounds
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Lightly grease a baking tray.
Boil the potato slices in salted water for about 8β10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Arrange potato slices on the baking tray and brush each slice with the garlic butter mixture.
Top each potato round with mozzarella and a little Parmesan.
Bake for 15β20 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
