Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) or prepare an air fryer-safe baking pan.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix well.
Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir gently until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased small cake pan.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or add your favorite topping.
