Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Lemon & Honey Daily Mix
Ingredients
1 medium onion
1 small piece fresh ginger (about 2–3 inches)
4 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
3–4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Peel the ginger, onion, and garlic.
Grate the ginger and onion finely.
Crush or finely grate the garlic.
Place everything in a clean bowl.
Add the fresh lemon juice.
Add the honey and mix well until combined.
Transfer to a clean glass jar with a lid.
Store in the refrigerator.
How to Use
Take 1 teaspoon each day, preferably in the morning.
Optional Tip
You can let the mixture sit overnight in the fridge before using for stronger flavor.
