Cloud Cake (Blender Cake)
A light, fluffy “cloud” cake that’s super easy—just blend, pour, and bake!
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional Topping
Powdered sugar for dusting
Sweetened condensed milk drizzle
Lemon zest for freshness
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round or loaf baking pan.
Add to blender:
eggs
sugar
milk
oil or melted butter
vanilla
Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Pulse gently just until combined. Do not overmix.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before removing from pan.
Dust with powdered sugar or add your favorite topping.
Tip
For an extra fluffy version, separate the egg whites, beat them until soft peaks form, and fold them in last.
