Garlic Herb Butter Steak Bites & Asparagus Bake
Ingredients
500–700 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Arrange the raw sirloin steak cubes on one side of the sheet and the asparagus spears on the other side.
In a small bowl, mix:
melted butter
minced garlic
olive oil
Italian seasoning
paprika
onion powder
salt and pepper
Pour this infused butter mixture evenly over both the steak cubes and asparagus.
Toss lightly so everything is coated well.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top if using.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, depending on how done you like your steak.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
