🍯 Slow Cooker Honey Chicken (4 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Optional: 1 tbsp ketchup or chili sauce (for a slight tang/kick)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic (plus ketchup/chili sauce if using).
Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once done, you can shred the chicken with two forks or leave it whole.
Spoon the sauce over the top before serving.
