🧾 Ingredients:
1 cup hot water
½ teaspoon turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon raw honey (adjust to taste)

Heat the water until hot but not boiling.
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to the water.
Stir well and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and raw honey.
Stir again and drink warm.
