🫖 Turmeric Ginger Immunity Drink
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 teaspoon fresh grated turmeric (or ½ tsp ground turmeric)
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder (or 1 small cinnamon stick)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey (adjust to taste)
🔥 Instructions:
In a small pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Strain into a cup (if using fresh ingredients or cinnamon stick).
Let it cool slightly (important so you don’t destroy nutrients in honey).
Stir in lemon juice and raw honey.
🌿 How to use:
Drink warm, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or before bed.
You can drink it daily or a few times a week.
💡 Tips:
Add a pinch of black pepper to help your body absorb turmeric better.
If you like it cold, chill it and serve over ice.
