🍅 Slow Cooker Tomato Chicken (4 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients:
2–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (400g) diced tomatoes (with juices)
1 packet onion soup mix (or dry onion seasoning)
2 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 tsp garlic powder
Optional: 1 tsp Italian seasoning (if you want extra flavor)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Pour the canned diced tomatoes (with all the juice) over the chicken.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly on top.
Add the garlic (and Italian seasoning if using).
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
🍽️ To Serve:
Shred the chicken in the sauce or serve whole.
Great over rice, pasta, or with bread to soak up the sauce.
💡 Tips:
Add a handful of olives or bell peppers for extra flavor.
Stir in a little cream or cheese at the end for a richer dish.
