🛒 Ingredients:
1 kg chicken pieces (thighs, wings, or drumsticks)
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (minced)

Prep the sauce
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Combine
Place chicken in a baking dish or pan. Pour the sauce over and coat well.
Cook
Oven: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–50 minutes
OR stovetop: Simmer covered for 25–30 minutes, then uncover to thicken
Finish
Turn the chicken occasionally so it gets fully coated and sticky.
