🌿 Clove Tea (Easy Night Drink)
Ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) water
4–6 whole cloves
Optional: 1 tsp honey
Optional: 1 slice lemon or a small piece of ginger
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the whole cloves.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 2–3 minutes (for stronger flavor).
Strain into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if you like.
🌙 Tips
Start with 4 cloves if you’re new to the taste—it’s quite strong.
Don’t overuse cloves daily in large amounts; they’re very concentrated in flavor.
Best enjoyed warm before bed.
