Creamy Corn Casserole
Ingredients
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
1 box corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional but amazing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix:
whole corn
cream corn
sour cream
melted butter
corn muffin mix
Stir until combined.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set.
Add cheese on top during the last 10 minutes if using.
Let cool slightly before serving.
