Hot Ham & Cheese Sliders
Ingredients
12 slider rolls or dinner rolls
300–400 g deli ham
12 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in a baking dish.
Layer ham evenly over the rolls, then add cheese.
Place the top half of the rolls on.
Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, and poppy seeds.
Brush mixture generously over the tops.
Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.
