Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Bake (No Flour, No Sugar)
A simple naturally sweet breakfast made with oats and apples — filling, healthy, and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 apples, peeled and grated or finely chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Small pinch of salt
Optional toppings: raisins, walnuts, or chopped almonds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Add grated apples, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir well.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so the oats soften.
Pour into a lightly greased small baking dish or loaf pan.
Add nuts or raisins on top if desired.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
Cool slightly before slicing.
Optional Pan Version
You can also cook it like pancakes:
Spoon small portions into a nonstick pan over medium heat.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Tips
Sweeter apples like Fuji or Gala work best.
Add mashed banana for extra natural sweetness.
Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
