Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef ๐ฎ๐ง
These cheesy beef tortilla wraps are crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfect for lunch or dinner!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 tomato, diced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream or mayo
1 tbsp oil or butter for frying
Instructions
Cook the beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add oil, onion, and garlic. Cook until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the wraps
Lay tortillas flat.
Add cooked beef in the center.
Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and sour cream.
Fold
Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly like a burrito.
Toast
Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet.
Cook 2โ3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve
Slice in half and serve hot with fries, salsa, or salad.
