Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the pork chops for about 3–4 minutes per side until nicely browned.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chops. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Cook another 5–7 minutes, spooning the sauce over the pork chops often, until the sauce thickens and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
