Garlic Herb Butter Steak & Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner
A rich, low-carb dinner with juicy steak bites and roasted asparagus all cooked on one pan.
Ingredients
1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
4 tbsp butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Place steak cubes on one side of the sheet pan and asparagus on the other.
In a bowl, mix:
melted butter
garlic
Italian seasoning
paprika
salt & pepper
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the steak and asparagus.
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and toss everything gently to coat.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until steak is browned and asparagus is tender.
Optional: sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
