Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Honey Wellness Mix
Ingredients
1 small onion, finely grated
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2–3 garlic cloves, minced or grated
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
Grate the onion and ginger into a small bowl.
Add the minced garlic.
Pour in the lemon juice and honey.
Stir well until everything is combined.
Cover and let it sit for 30 minutes so the flavors blend.
How to Take
Take 1 teaspoon daily, preferably in the morning.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4–5 days.
