Slow Cooker Apple Cinnamon Pork Chops
Sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and tender pork chops make this an easy cozy dinner.
Ingredients
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
3 apples, sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work well)
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup apple juice or chicken broth
Optional: fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker lightly with cooking spray.
Layer sliced apples and onions in the bottom.
Place pork chops on top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
Add butter on top and pour in apple juice or broth.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Pork chops should be tender and fully cooked.
Spoon apples and juices over the chops before serving.

Optional Upgrade
For a thicker sauce:
Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water.
