Cheesy Ham & Biscuit Muffins
These savory biscuit muffins are soft, cheesy, and packed with ham — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or an easy dinner side.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup cooked ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: chopped green onions or parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin cups.
In a bowl, mix:
ham
cheese
eggs
milk
melted butter
seasonings
Spoon filling evenly into each biscuit cup.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and set.
Let cool a few minutes before serving.
