Anti-Inflammatory “Liquid Gold” Drink
This soothing turmeric-ginger drink is popular for helping with inflammation, joint stiffness, and overall wellness.
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk (optional for creaminess)
Instructions
Add water, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer for 8–10 minutes.
Stir in coconut milk if using and heat another 1–2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice and honey.
Strain if desired.
