Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
These potatoes are crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed with buttery garlic flavor. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
1.5 kg baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp melted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Wash and halve the potatoes. If using larger potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks.
Boil potatoes in salted water for about 8–10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.
Toss potatoes with:
olive oil
melted butter
garlic
salt
pepper
paprika
Italian seasoning
Spread on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until deeply golden and crispy.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of baking.
Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Drizzle with ranch or garlic sauce
Toss with chili flakes for heat
