Easy Creamy Chicken Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half the cheese.
Spread mixture evenly over the chicken.
Top with remaining cheese.
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
