Slow Cooker Pork Sirloin Roast
A simple dump-and-go dinner with tender pork and a rich savory gravy.
Ingredients
1 pork sirloin roast (about 1.5–2.5 kg / 3–5 lb)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
3 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: potatoes and carrots for serving
Instructions
Place the pork sirloin roast into the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together:

cream of mushroom soup
chicken broth
garlic
Pour the mixture over the roast.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–9 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Once tender, shred or slice the pork and spoon the gravy over the top.

Green beans
Add them during the last 3–4 hours if cooking on low.
