Turmeric Ginger Pain-Relief Drink
Ingredients
2 cups milk (or almond/oat milk)
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp honey
Optional: squeeze of lemon
Instructions
Add milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper to a saucepan.
Warm over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Do not boil hard.
Stir in honey and lemon.
Serve warm.
