Ingredients
1.5–2 kg beef chuck roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup beef broth
1 jar pepperoncini peppers (with a little juice)
Instructions
Place the beef roast in your slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix all over the roast.
Pour in the beef broth.
Add the pepperoncini peppers and 2–3 tablespoons of the juice.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–9 hours
High: 5–6 hours
Shred or slice with a fork — it should fall apart easily.
