Crispy Fast Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional toppings:
Butter
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Chives
Bacon bits
Fast Method (Microwave + Oven/Air Fryer)
Wash and dry the potatoes well.
Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Microwave on high for 4–5 minutes per side (about 8–10 minutes total depending on size).
Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Finish in:
Oven: 220°C (425°F) for 10–15 minutes
or
Air fryer: 200°C (400°F) for 6–8 minutes
This gives you:
Crispy skin outside 🥔
Soft fluffy inside ❤️
To Serve
Slice open and fluff with a fork. Add butter and your favorite toppings.
Extra Tip
For extra crispy skin, sprinkle a little coarse salt on the outside before baking.
