Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
A rich, juicy chicken dinner with a creamy sauce that tastes restaurant-worthy but is easy enough for a weeknight.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt and black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup spinach (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Pour in chicken broth and cream. Stir well.
Add Parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Stir in spinach if using.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
Simmer 2–3 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
