Lemon Ginger Honey Night Drink
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Heat the water until warm, not boiling.
Stir in the ginger and let sit 2–3 minutes.
Add lemon juice and honey.
Sprinkle in cinnamon if using.
Drink in the evening after dinner.
Optional “1 tablespoon” version
You can also make a concentrated mix:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Pinch cinnamon
Mix together and take 1 tablespoon at night.
