Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken Thighs
A super easy “dump-and-go” crockpot dinner with tender chicken and a rich, savory sauce.
Ingredients
6 frozen chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the frozen chicken thighs into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and mushrooms.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Once the chicken is tender, stir the sauce well.
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.

1/2 cup sour cream at the end for extra creaminess
Garlic powder or black pepper for more flavor
