Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
Creamy, crunchy, sweet, and savory — this is perfect for sandwiches, wraps, croissants, lettuce cups, or crackers.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cranberries, pecans, celery, and onion.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
