Healthy Oatmeal Apple Carrot Bake (No Sugar, No Flour)
A naturally sweet breakfast or snack made with oats, apples, and carrots — no added sugar and no flour.
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 apples, grated or finely chopped
2 medium carrots, grated
2 eggs
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chopped walnuts or raisins (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Add grated apples, carrots, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes so the oats soften.
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish or loaf pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
Cool slightly before slicing.
Optional Natural Sweetness
If you want it sweeter without sugar:
Add 1 mashed banana
Or a few chopped dates
