Parsley Lemon Detox Drink
Ingredients
1 handful fresh parsley
1 lemon, sliced
1 small piece fresh ginger
4 cups water
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Wash the parsley well.
Bring the water to a gentle boil.
Add parsley and sliced ginger.
Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add lemon slices and honey if using.
Strain or drink as is.
