Creamy Cheesy Chicken & Potato Bake
A rich, cozy dinner that’s hard to stop eating — creamy potatoes, juicy chicken, melted cheese, and a savory sauce all baked together.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the dish.
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
milk
garlic
paprika
salt and pepper
Add diced chicken and half the cheese to the sauce mixture.
Pour everything over the potatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, top with remaining cheese, and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
