Zesty 3-Ingredient Lemon Bars 🍋
These easy lemon bars are bright, soft, and come together with just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
1 box (about 430–450 g / 15–16 oz) angel food cake mix
1 can (595 g / 21 oz) lemon pie filling
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional but adds extra zing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Lightly grease or line a 23×33 cm (9×13-inch) baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine:
angel food cake mix
lemon pie filling
lemon juice (if using)
Stir until fully mixed (the batter will be fluffy).
Spread evenly into the prepared dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden and set in the center.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Optional finishing touches
Dust with powdered sugar
Add lemon zest on top
Serve chilled for an extra refreshing texture
