🥩 Grilled Lamb Chops (Herb Garlic Marinade)
🛒 Ingredients:
8 lamb chops (rib or loin)
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
🥣 Instructions:
- Make the marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika. - Marinate the lamb
Rub the mixture all over the lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for deeper flavor). - Preheat the grill
Heat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high. - Grill the chops
Place lamb chops on the grill and cook:
3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare
Adjust time depending on thickness and desired doneness - Rest & serve
Let the chops rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
