8–10 cloves garlic (fresh, peeled)
1 cup raw honey
1 cup apple cider vinegar (with “the mother” if possible)

Lightly crush the garlic cloves (don’t mince too fine—just enough to release juices).
Place the garlic into a clean glass jar.
Pour in the honey.
Add the apple cider vinegar.
Stir gently to combine.
Cover the jar loosely (or use a lid but “burp” it daily).
Let it sit at room temperature for 3–5 days, then store in the fridge.
