πΏ Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients:
1β2 inches fresh ginger root
1 liter water
Juice of Β½ lemon (optional)
1β2 teaspoons honey (optional)
Instructions:
Peel and slice the ginger thinly.
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the ginger slices and let it simmer for 10β15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain into a bottle or cup.
Add lemon juice and honey if you like.
How to Use:
Drink 1 cup in the morning (on an empty stomach)
You can sip it throughout the day (warm or cold)
Tips:
Donβt overdo it β 2β3 cups per day is enough
Combine with balanced meals and movement for real fat loss
If you have stomach sensitivity, start with a weaker brew
