Sweet & Tangy 4-Ingredient Chicken Dinner
A simple old-fashioned family favorite with a delicious sweet and tangy glaze!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 6 chicken thighs)
1 cup apricot preserves (or peach preserves)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 cup Russian dressing (or French dressing)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken inside in a single layer.
In a bowl, mix:
apricot preserves
dry onion soup mix
Russian dressing
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15–20 minutes, until the chicken is tender and nicely glazed.
Spoon extra sauce over the top before serving.
