Slow Cooker Cubed Beef (4-Ingredient Comfort Meal)
Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) beef stew meat or cubed chuck roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
Optional
1 onion, sliced
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the raw cubed beef into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the beef.
Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top.
Add the beef broth and gently stir to combine.
If using sliced onions, add them on top.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 7–8 hours
or HIGH for 4–5 hours
Once the beef is tender and the gravy is rich, serve hot.
