Zero-Carb Flourless Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for richer taste)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds or flax seeds (optional topping)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs:
Put egg whites in one bowl
Put yolks in another bowl
Beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In the yolk bowl, mix:
egg yolks
cream cheese
baking powder
salt
melted butter (if using)
Mix until smooth.
Gently fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture little by little. Don’t overmix—keep it fluffy.
Spoon small rounds onto the baking tray like burger buns or shape into a loaf form.
Sprinkle seeds on top if desired.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
