Finger-Licking Easy Ribs (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients
2 racks pork ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 packet onion soup mix
Optional
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for extra tenderness.
In a bowl, mix:
barbecue sauce
onion soup mix
Place ribs on a baking tray lined with foil.
Spread the sauce mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender and juicy.
Remove foil, brush with extra barbecue sauce if desired, and broil for 5–8 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
