Slow Cooker Pineapple Soy Pork Chops 🍍🥩
A sweet and savory crockpot dinner with tender pork chops, juicy pineapple, and a delicious soy glaze.
Ingredients
4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
1 can pineapple slices (with juice)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
Add the pineapple slices on top and pour in the pineapple juice from the can.
Pour the soy sauce over everything.
Sprinkle in the brown sugar and add minced garlic if using.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 6–7 hours
or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Optional: For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir it into the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Serve the pork chops with pineapple sauce spooned over the top, alongside rice.

Add sliced bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
Use chicken thighs instead of pork chops if preferred.
