4 medium potatoes (Russet or any baking potatoes)
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes well, then pat them dry.
Use a fork to poke each potato 4–5 times.
Microwave the potatoes for 5–7 minutes, turning halfway through, until mostly tender.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) or air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place them in the oven or air fryer for 10–15 minutes until the skin becomes crispy and golden.
