4-Ingredient Foil Packet Beef Dinner
Ingredients
1 ½ lbs beef stew meat or cubed chuck roast
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups baby carrots
1 packet onion soup mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Tear 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Divide potatoes and carrots evenly among the foil sheets.
Top each with beef cubes.
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over all packets.
Seal each foil packet tightly so the juices stay trapped inside.
Place packets on a baking sheet.
Bake for 45–55 minutes, until beef is tender and potatoes are soft.
Carefully open (steam will be hot!) and serve immediately.
