No-Bake Buckeye Graham Cracker Bars (Chocolate Peanut Butter Delight)
These rich, creamy bars taste like buckeye candy with an easy graham cracker crust—no oven needed!
Ingredients
For the peanut butter layer
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate topping
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Prepare the pan
Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Make the peanut butter base
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.
Press into pan
Firmly press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Make chocolate topping
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
Spread topping
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
