🥜 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined into a thick dough.
Scoop out small spoonfuls and roll into balls. Place them on the tray.
Press each ball lightly with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are just set (don’t overbake—they firm up as they cool).
Let them cool for a few minutes before moving them.
