Simple Beetroot-Carrot-Orange Drink
Ingredients
1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
2 oranges, peeled
1 small piece of ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 cup water if blending
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
Wash and peel the beetroot and carrots.
Chop everything into small pieces.
Add beetroot, carrots, oranges, and ginger to a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed.
Strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
Stir in honey and lemon juice if desired.
Serve fresh, preferably in the morning.
