Fresh Green Citrus Juice
Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 green apple
Juice of 1 lemon or orange
A small piece of ginger (optional)
1–2 cups cold water
A few mint leaves (optional)
How to make it:
Wash and chop everything into small pieces.
Blend with water until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a lighter juice.
Serve chilled.
